West Hawick Fleeca Bank Robbery

Hostage in danger.

The robbers appear to have used a device to bypass the bank’s security.

The New York Police Department has confirmed a robbery occurred Friday morning at the West Hawick Fleeca bank.

NYPD responded to the call at around 4am and one arrest has been made at this time and is currently being treated at a local hospital. Police confirm that one hostage has been recovered unharmed.

According to the NYPD, the suspects were all wearing masks and had one hostage at gunpoint. Police believe that the reason the hostage was taken was due to his hotheadedness. The suspects described as two African American males and one female of an unknown race are currently still at large after leading NYPD on a chase in an orange in color Mclaren p1. The NYPD is encouraging anyone with information of these individuals whereabouts are strongly encouraged to contact the NYPD, information leading to an arrest could be met with a reward. The NYPD is reminding the community to stay vigilant and report any suspicious activity to law enforcement.
